Humber’s Food and Nutrition Management diploma program prepares you for a supervisory role that combines the dynamic world of food service with the expanding world of health care. 

Our faculty has extensive industry experience and will prepare you for a career through a variety of courses taught in flexible classroom spaces, state-of-the-art culinary lab facilities, simulation spaces and online learning. This blend of course delivery methods reduces the number of days you are required to be on campus.

• Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 6.0] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 80]

Professional Industry Standards

• This program follows professional industry standards for decorum, uniform, hygiene and personal presentation. Practical lab classes have strict uniform and attendance standards and policies which are mandatory for successful completion of these key courses.
• It is mandatory to wear a Humber issued uniform in practical lab classes in this program. Admittance to these classes is not permitted if you are not in uniform. The cost for the uniform has been added to your first semester tuition fees. In order for the uniform to be available for the first day of class, students must submit their size requirements via an online order form. 

Placement Requirements

The pre-requisite requirements must be fulfilled before the commencement of your placement. Participation in placements will not be allowed if not all the pre-requisite requirements are met.
